Glenn Wygocki – Head Instructor
Sabumnim Wygocki has been practicing and teaching the martial arts for 25 years.  He is the founder and head instructor of Rochester Hills Choi Kwang Do.  Sabumnim Wygocki holds the rank of 3rd. degree black belt in Choi Kwang Do and is a certified head instructor of Choi Kwang Do International . In addition to having experience in multiple forms of martial arts, Sabumnim Wygocki holds a bachelors degree in business administration.  He attributes his BBA to his training in the martial arts which provided the focus and discipline necessary for the achievement.

Kris Cabell – Head Instructor
Sabumnim Kris Cabell is a certified head instructor of Choi Kwang Do.  She holds the rank of 2nd degree black belt.  Sabumnim Cabell has over 10 years of teaching experience in Choi Kwang Do and also holds a teaching degree from the University of Miami.  She is a highly respected instructor of Choi Kwang Do.

Jeff Sandlin – Head Instructor
Sabumnim Jeff Sandlin is a certified head instructor through Choi Kwang Do International.  Sabumnim Sandlin holds the rank of 3rd degree black belt and has been practicing and teaching martial arts for over 25 years.  In addition to having experience in multiple forms of martial arts.  Sabunim Sandlin is also a former United States Marine and has lived and studied in Japan.  He is a highly respected instructor of Choi Kwang Do.
